What’s New?
1. Need Attention Info Card Update

We adjusted the "Need attention info card" to reflect the number of failed transactions that have occurred for scheduled payments. The name of this card has been changed to "Failed".
2. Canceling Payments Update
(Launch Date: 11/28)
Before ThryvPay would create unique payments for users that opted to send payment links to their customers. These would detail that the payment methods were pending. Unfortunately, these payments could not be cancelled by the users.
Businesses can now cancel these payments when needed.
