• Real-Time Message Updates: Your messages will now appear instantly as they arrive, so you'll no longer have to wait for bulk imports. Enjoy immediate access to your messages and a more efficient Inbox history.

• Faster Setup and Channel Addition: Whether you're just getting started or adding a new channel, you'll find the Inbox import process quicker and more seamless than ever.

Thryv Command Center users will have an improved Import experience in their Inbox upon signing-up or adding a new channel.

2. Exciting Update: Enhanced Staff Editing in Thryv Command Center

We're thrilled to bring you a fantastic update that makes managing your team in Thryv Command Center easier and more efficient than ever!

What's New?

• Streamlined Editing: As a Thryv Command Center Owner or Admin, you now have the ability to edit staff information more comprehensively. This includes updating contact details, adjusting account types, and modifying permissions.

• Flexibility & Accuracy: You can now correct or update any outdated or incorrect information for your team members with ease.

Why This Matters: These enhancements mean you'll have more control and flexibility in managing your team's details and access levels, ensuring everything stays accurate and up-to-date. This improvement aims to provide a smoother experience and help you maintain efficient team operations.

3. Important Update: Thryv Business Center Deprecation of Google's Business Messages

(Launch Date: 08/12)

Google has announced the discontinuation of their Business Messages product. As of now, Business Messages and Google Business Profile Chat will no longer be available for communicating with customers through Google Business profile listings on desktop or mobile.

What This Means for You:

• No More Business Messages: The Business Messages service will no longer function and it will be unavailable for anyone trying to use it.

• Impact on Google Business Profile Chat: You won't be able to use Google Business Profile Chat to connect with customers via Google Search and Maps.

How Thryv is Supporting You:

• App Market Update: We've already removed Business Messages from our App Market.

• Module Removal: The Business Messages module has been taken down from the Google Business Profile page within Thryv.

• Notification Plan: We're reaching out to all active users who have had Business Messages installed via email, so you're fully aware of these changes.
