We have dynamically changed how users view and receive their Google Business Profile performance data.
Effective as of September 11, you will see the following performance insights:

Get a glance of how well your profile has been performing in several key areas:

•  Total profile interactions​

•  Calls​

•  Messages​

•  Bookings​

•  Direction requests​

•  Website clicks​

•  Discovery

Problem Solved
With this enhancement, clients will have clearly defined data points with digestible visual graphs. Clients will also see where their business was found on Google’s Search and Maps platforms, alongside top keywords used. No more ambiguous terms or numbers. Just simple, useful data spanning over the last 6 months.

2. Shopify

(Launch Date: 09/12)

Thryv has relaunched its integration with Shopify! Integrating these applications allows our Thryv Clients who utilize Shopify to sync their Client and Payment activity directly into their Thryv. ​

Problem Solved

Choosing to integrate Thryv with Shopify allows our Thryv Clients to keep up to date Contact records and visibility into Shopify orders and payments directly in their Thryv. ​

The following data is exchanged during the integration: ​

• During the initial sync, existing Shopify Customers and full payments, with an email address or phone number, will sync to Thryv.

• During the ongoing sync, new  Shopify Customers and full payments, with an email address or phone number, will sync to Thryv.
