Improvements

Here are a few cool new improvements we have releases this week or coming soon up help you use Thryv efficiently. 

1. Invoice Reminders Update

(Launch Date: 8/30)

We released a change to the invoice reminder logic so that reminders will no longer be sent in the middle of the night to clients.

Reminder emails X days before/after will be sent at 9:00 a.m. according to the business timezone.

Ex:

• The invoice due date is Aug 8. This means the invoice turns overdue at  Aug 9 at Midnight.

• If Invoice reminder is set to be sent out 1 day before - it will be sent out on Aug 8 at 9:00 am

• Invoice reminder 1 day after - will be sent on Aug 9 at 9:00 am​

• Invoice reminder 2 days before - will be sent on Aug 7 at 9:00 am​

• Invoice reminder 2 days after - will be sent on Aug 10 at 9:00 am​
