2. Promote Packages

We've made an improvement that makes it much easier for you to promote the packages you've created.
Previously, when you created a package using the package settings, that was pretty much the end of the process. There wasn't an intuitive way to create a marketing announcement to let your customers know about your new packages. To let clients know about the new package, you had to know to go to the Marketing menu and craft an announcement. This extra, multi-step process wasn't very user-friendly.
With this enhancement, we are introducing a new solution that creates an announcement to promote your package with just a few clicks – the 'Promote package' action.

Increased Awareness: By promoting packages directly from the package settings, you can ensure that your customers are aware of your special offerings. This helps in driving attention to specific packages, increasing the likelihood of customer interest and engagement.

1. Updated Send Message Action

We are updating the ‘send a message’ action in Business Center! This enhancement will allow you to craft messages with enhanced formatting, including text formatting to bold, italicized, and/or underlined. With this editor you can add bulleted or numbered lists, and hyperlink text. We also threw in an emoji selector, which adds a personalized touch to your communications.
The dialog itself has been expanded to provide a more spacious and comfortable environment for composing messages.
One of the standout enhancements is the ability to send messages in bulk, reaching up to 50 clients in a single send – a substantial upgrade from the previous version's single-send capacity.
We have also introduced a staff picker feature. These enhancements are designed to elevate your experience and streamline your communication workflow.
