What’s New?

1. Marketing Center Listings Enhancements

(Launch Date: 5/11)

We're pleased to announce that our customers can now update and manage their online listings across multiple platforms from a centralized location within our Marketing Center, making it more convenient than ever before.

We’re also introducing two new listings on NextDoor and Yahoo, and upgrading the YP listing to platinum, providing our customers with even more benefits!

Problem Solved:

  1. Customers will be able to manage existing and new paid listings in app, including the ability to opt-in/out of various listings and call tracking.

  2. Upgrading to Marketing Center will be a seamless process for existing customers, increasing SaaS revenue.

New Features

  1. Listings Management will be added to the top nav menu for easy access

  2. Select specific channels where you want your business's paid listings to be published.

  3. You have the option to use a call tracking number and/or record calls to track performance.

  4. Upload photos that will be distributed on listings across the web.

2. Marketing Center New Listing Channels

(Launch Date: 5/11)

New Paid Listings Channels

+ NextDoor

+ Yahoo

We’re also introducing two new listings on NextDoor and Yahoo, and upgrading the YP listing to platinum, providing our customers with even more benefits!

  • Pick and choose which channels your business paid listings are published on

  • Choose whether to use a Call Tracking Number (CTN) and/or to record calls to track performance

  • Users have full control whether they want to opt in/out of these paid listings (NextDoor, Yelp, Yahoo, and YP)

3. Quick Setup Updates

(Launch Date: 5/11)

Our latest release enables clients to view both parent-level and sub-categories in Step 1 of the Quick Setup, which will be exclusively used for campaigns.

In addition, Step 2 has been revamped to enable clients to choose categories for their listings, streamlining the setup process and simplifying the management of campaigns and listings for customers.

Benefits

  • Improved listing category accuracy

  • Improved UI/UX experience

  • Decrease support tickets to update category

Additional Updates

+ Maximum number of business categories that users can select has been increased from 3 to 5

+ Maximum number of categories that users can select for their listings has been increased from 5 to 10

+ Users no longer need to go to Step 2 to view subcategories as Step 1 of the Quick Setup now displays both parent and subcategories for campaigns.

+ Step 2 will show categories available for paid listings, enhancing the accuracy used for selection.

4. UI Enhancements for Clients Without a Thryv Website

(Launch Date: 5/11)

We are excited to announce new enhancements to Marketing Center that improve the user experience for customers without a Thryv website.

Now, customers without a website will see certain sections of the platform that require a website grayed out and inaccessible until a website is connected. Additionally, if a Thryv site is purchased, the Marketing Center will automatically inject the script responsible for the Heatmap and Thryv Visitor Tagging, providing an even more streamlined experience.

Problem Solved: Marketing Center will prompt customers without a Thryv site to connect their website and install Visitor Tagging and Heatmap scripts to unlock website-dependent features, replacing the current data aggregation messaging.

Once a website is linked and scripts are installed, reports and the heatmap will be unlocked within 24-48.
