1. Receipts PDF Update

(Launch Date: 5/2)

We are happy to update you that now, Receipts are also supported by the new template service we released a few months ago. 

Benefits:

• All receipts are created according to the classic template

• As part of this new service, receipts were added to the new public links design, this way improving security. Sending links to external users is now time-limited, based on enhanced Share functionality.

2. Coupon Enhancements

(Launch Date: 5/7)

We’ve made some enhancements to our Coupon feature within Thryv, giving users more control over their promotions and how it’s displayed.

Benefits:

• New ability to delete a coupon from a service

• Based on feedback from verticals (ex: Legal) that do not use coupons, we now automatically hide the ‘Have a coupon?’ prompt on the confirm payment checkout screen when no coupons are available

3. Receipt Enhancements

(Launch Date: 5/7)

We’ve made an enhancement to the Receipt feature within Thryv, allowing customers to easily download a PDF copy of their receipt right within the payment confirmation popup box.

• Click ‘DOWNLOAD PDF RECEIPT’ from within the confirmation screen to save a PDF copy (will appear once customer makes their payment)

  

4. Invoice & Estimates Mobile Description

(Launch Date: 5/7)

Your customers will now be able to easily view the full service description details on invoice and/or estimates within their mobile device

• Ensure your customers can access a complete service description easily when viewing an estimate or invoice on their mobile device
