What’s New?

1. Enhanced Tax Support

Previously, taxes could not be applied to services or packages within the platform, making it difficult to accurately reflect the taxes on receipts for all purchased services, packages, and products. To solve this issue, we are allowing you to add default taxes to new products, services, and packages. Additionally, we will be adding tax options that can be added to existing services and products.

Benefits:

• Default tax can now be added to new products, services, and packages, making it easier to accurately reflect taxes for customers during payment and on their receipts.

• Ability to modify the tax to be collected when scheduling or selling a product or package, making it easier to manage taxes in real-time, particularly for businesses that operate in multiple territories with different tax requirements.

• Tax options can now be added to existing services and products, ensuring that taxes are accurately reflected for customers during payment and on their receipts.

• Accurate tax tracking and management, which helps with overall financial management.

• Improved customer experience with accurate tax information on receipts.

  

This new design supports both US and non-US models with these main changes:

+ For improved usability, Taxes are now indicated in the Product List

+ The list’s products prices include/exclude taxes depending on the business’s tax settings

+ An updated ‘Add Product’ dialog

+ An updated ‘Edit Item’ dialog in Invoices & Estimates

2. Support Center Update- Step by step guides

We have created a new type of support material in the learning center! When performing a search, you will now see Step-by-Step Guides in addition to articles and videos.

These are short targeted guides showing step by step, with screenshots, how to accomplish a task. Our goal is to add one more tool in your toolbox to serve you better. These guides are designed to be a quick process and easy to follow, and targeted to a specific question or task that has been asked by our users.
