Users no longer need to open the menu, select the channel and text field to reply
Users receive a push notification for all new TeamChat messages, much like they would for a message on platforms like Instagram or Gmail. When viewing their notifications, users may tap the TeamChat notification to open the TeamChat app and view the message in context.
Message in conversation
Once the notification is tapped, the TeamChat mobile app opens and takes the user directly to the conversation in which the message was received, allowing fast and easy responses.
