2. Inbox Reading Pane

(Launch Date: 8/3)

Customize your Thryv Inbox conversation view with the upcoming Reading Pane enhancement! Choose the option to view conversations within the new Reading Pane on the right side of your Inbox screen.

• Reading Pane Selector dropdown allows staff to switch between the show/hide pane function

• If OFF, the conversation page will behave the same way it does today

• If ON, when clicking on an Inbox item, it will display in the right pane client card on the conversation tab

• The right pane client card will now include an icon to expand the mini card which will open the full client card

Improvements

Here are a few cool new improvements we have releases this week or coming soon up help you use Thryv efficiently. 

1. Collapse/Expand long Messages
(Launch Date: 8/3)

Clean up your conversation view with the new Collapse and Expand feature for long messages! Click the ‘Show More’ or ‘Show Less’ buttons to control how much of your message is visible.

Messages will display the first 3 lines of text with a ‘Show More’ button to click and expand the full message

2. Google Calendar 2-way Sync Improvement
(Launch Date: 8/10)

Connect your Calendar inside of Thryv via two pathways:

• Thryv Settings > Availability & Calendar > Calendar Sync

• Thryv Calendar > Calendars > Synced Calendar > Connect External Calendar

The button within the Calendar view will show in all accounts, regardless of if a calendar is already connected. If a calendar is already synced, it will show under ‘Synced Calendar’.
