What’s New?

1. New Top Layout
(Launch Date: 9/7)

We have made a few updates to the top layout in the Thryv software. There is now an enriched upper menu to encourage user engagement and ease of use. These changes will provide a consistent experience on mobile- log in to check it out!

  • The 'Help' button has now moved to the top right corner on the account next to the Search bar instead of below it.

  • There is now a new account menu at the top right when you click on your account name. You will be able to manage your business information, look at your account information, Log out, and Work as (which means you will be able to log in as one of your staff members if you are the admin on the account.) 

  • When you are working as another user you will notice it by the top notification showing you you are "working as: name of staff." This is also where you will be able to stop it and go back to your account view of Thryv.

App Market

Our App Market is continuously growing and improving. Here are a few changes and insights on what applications are live or coming soon.

1. Yext Advanced Improvement (Launch 9/21)

Keeping your business information up to date is important. We have made an improvement on the Yext Advanced App that allow you to include details of your business related to Health & Safety (aka Covid-19). 

There is now a new section under Google My Business attributes in the Yext Advanced App under to GMB fields. These new fields provide timely and relevant details you can add to your listing during this time. 


The fields we have added and are now live include:

  • Appointment required

  • Mask Required

  • Staff get temperature checks

  • Staff wear masks

  • Temperature check required

Coming Soon!

We are always enhancing Thryv with new and exciting things. Here is a little taste as to what is coming up. 

  • Product List will be coming to your Thryv software soon. This will give you the ability to manage your products that you offer on your estimates and invoices. Right now you have the functionality to add items to your estimates and invoices and keep your list of items there without editing them. We are adding the ability to keep a product list. There will be a whole settings page dedicated to Products and where you will be able to add, edit, and delete your products. This will make it much more efficient to manage your products.
