1. Google Sheets App Enhancements

Our Google Sheet’s integration has just gotten better! Google Sheets will now offer the following features and benefits:

  • Ability to upload Appointment details from Google Sheets to Business Center expediting the booking experience.

  • Export capabilities of Clients, Products and Bookings from within Business Center to Google Sheets.

Clients will have the capability to import and export data quickly and efficiently eliminating the need for manual entry and reducing the potential for errors to occur.

2. ThryvPay ID Verification: Documents


Some merchants may be required to provide additional identity verification documents. They are provided a variety of documents to choose from (see screenshot). Some of these document will require copies of both the front and the back of the document. ThryvPay will automatically inform users which copy to provide.

  • ThryvPay will automatically instruct merchant users about which document copy sides to present for verification.

  • This feature will be available on both the web app and mobile platform. 

The support team will no longer need to inform users of which document options require copies of the front and back. 

3. Information Tiles

(Launch Date: 04/17)

The information tiles on the ThryvPay dashboard have been updated to reflect more relevant information to the merchant. 

All below information will be reflected for YTD:

  •  Paid​

  •  Pending​

  • Dispute (won)​

  • Dispute (Lost)​

  • Cancelled​

  • Refunded

The data presented on these tiles was originally representing data for lifetime values. The information has been updated to more useful information for businesses. 

4. HubSpot CRM Integration

Integrating Thryv + HubSpot CRM provides users with a suite of business management tools providing visibility into their sales pipeline, managing contacts, estimates, invoices and payments.

  • Following a successful leads conversion in Hubspot, clients can be effectively nurtured using features accessible in Thryv.

  • Robust Client contact cards showcasing interactions, appointments, payments and documents in a centralized location.

  • Syncing HubSpot Estimates to Thryv allows users to complete the sales cycle using our Invoice and Payment features.

The Thryv + HubSpot CRM integration will provide our Clients with a comprehensive and wholistic view of their business from Clients to Accounting transactions.

5. Marketing Center Enhanced Profile Activation Status

**For US, AU, and NZ Marketing Center Users

(Launch Date: 04/17)

We are excited to announce the introduction of a pending state for Enhanced Profiles! With this update, a pending status indicator will signify that a listing is currently being created. Additionally, users will see a banner informing them that their listing will be published within 48 hours, providing clarity and effectively managing expectations.

  • Enhanced Visibility: Clear "Pending" status indicators show users which listings are being created.

  • Improved Communication: Users are informed that listings will be published within 48 hours, managing expectations and improving communication.

After enabling their listings, customers now clearly understand whether their Enhanced Profiles are live or being fulfilled, removing any need for guesswork.
