What’s New?

1. ThryvPay Resend Prequalification Link

(Launch Date: 07/01)

Merchants will now be able to resend a financing Prequalification Link for financing to their customers who may have lost or deleted the original link that was texted to them.

  • A resend button has been added to the "prequalification link" screen. When selected, the link will be sent to the merchant's customer.

This update saves the merchant time by being able to resend the link themselves instead of having to contact ThryvPay Support team to have it resent for them.

2. ThryvPay Outage Banner

(Launch Date: 07/01)

In the rare event that ThryvPay has an outage, a banner will be displayed to notify merchants of the issue. The banner will be removed when the outage clears.

  • Merchants will not be able to process a transaction during a true outage. This banner will detail to the user why the payment did not process.

  • The banner will be removed when the outage is resolved.

In the past, our error message confused merchants. We have improved our error messages to avoid confusing merchants. Now, they will only appear during actual payment issues, preventing accidental duplicate payments.

3. Business Center Add Tips & Fees to a Single Transaction

(Launch Date: 07/01)

Currently, convenience/surcharge fees and tips are reported on a separate transaction from the initial payment request or invoice amount. With this enhancement, you will be able to view these fees and tips that are added to transactions when collected during payment all in one record. This will allow you to see a summarized view of incremental revenue from fees and tips - all in one easy-to-read record.

Introducing a new way for our client to manage their views with customizable dashboard:

  • Customers will receive one receipt that includes any convenience/surcharge fees and tips associated with their payment

  • Simplified accounting reconciliation.

Business Center users will be able to view their tips and fees collected with the associated invoice.

4. Marketing Center Adding Reputation Management

(Launch Date: 07/24)

We’re excited to announce that we'll be adding Review Management functionality, currently found in Business Center, to Marketing Center. Now, users can view and respond to first-party, Facebook, and Google reviews, see overall as well as individual channel ratings, and flag reviews, all directly from Marketing Center. They can also see their Yelp reviews here as well.

  • Improved Customer Satisfaction: Respond to feedback quickly and efficiently, demonstrating responsiveness and building stronger relationships.

  • Enhanced Brand Image: Positive client interactions showcased through responses highlight a commitment to customer care, leading to increased brand trust.

  • Increased Sales & Leads: Positive reviews build trust and attract new customers. By actively managing their online reputation, business owners can gain a competitive edge.

Before, business owners were able to manage business information across their listings in Marketing Center, but couldn't view or respond to customer ratings and reviews. With this addition, Marketing Center users will now be able to manage reputation moving forward!

7. Market Place Command Center & Integrations

(Launch Date: 07/24)

Integrations are now able to be installed and utilized by our Command Center Clients!

Command Center Clients can now utilize many of our integrations offered within the Thryv Marketplace!

  • When utilizing these integrations, Command Center Clients will benefit from imported contact details (first name, last name, email and phone).

  • Form based integrations will inject contact details into Command Center as well as the submitted form into the Inbox.

  • Important Note: For Command Center only Clients, data will not export from Command center to the integrations. It is only a one-way sync from the integration to Command Center. Full functionality of integrations will continue to work as expected for Clients who have Business Center.

Upon installing an available integration, our Command center Clients can quickly and easily access their customer's contact details without having to search within an external app to do so. When a form is submitted via Jotform or Typeform, the completed form and contact details will be available within Command Center.
